About the "Best of Blue & Gold" Program

Welcome to the Best of Blue & Gold! Each week CFCS staff members will receive a Tech Tuesday email. Complete the weekly Tech Tuesday to earn an entry into the weekly drawings and to earn individual awards. Weekly drawings will take place on Tuesday mornings. Winners will be announced in the Tech Tuesday email.

The Best of Blue & Gold kicks off in November and runs through the end of April.

Tech Tuesday Week 2: BBG Self-Assessment

Thank you to everyone who participated in week one's Tech Tuesday; the feedback was incredible! Many of you reported receiving great suggestions from the MagicSchool Growth Tool for reinforcing existing practices and generating new ideas.

District priority number one focuses on exceptional teaching that is driven by data. This week, I'd like you to complete a self-assessment. At the end of the Best of Blue & Gold program, we will compare the self-assessment data with post-assessment data to measure growth and progress.

Tech Tuesday Week 2: BBG Self-Assessment

Submit your pre-assessment by the end of the day on Monday, November 17th, to be entered in the weekly drawing for goodies from Chipotle and Penn Station. Winners will be announced in the week three email.

Complete the Generative AI for Educators with Gemini Course and pass the Gemini Educator exam to earn 3 contact hours.

Complete the Google Fundamentals training and pass the Level 1 exam or complete the Advanced Google training and pass the Level 2 exam to earn 15 contact hours.
